As we celebrate 30 years of our national anthem and our flag, it is a custom that many car clubs and crews take to the streets and drive together around on our lovely island.
This morning things kicked off with the ceremonies at Brion Plein. A lot of people were there to attend as the flag was raised and our national anthem was played and everybody sang along with it.
After that we went for some food and to hide from the heat.
The easy rider tour meanwhile was going round the island with participants from Aruba Bonaire and our own local riders. It was great.
When we hit the road again we found the Corvette guys at Amigo’s.

They will also attend our upcoming Road trip

As we travelled to banda bouw, the most western part of the island, we capture some of the sights that we do not see every day.

.
We are again reminded how beautiful our little island is. The new round about at Julianadorp, now featuring our flag, looks just patriotic.

We again encounter a group of riders sporting our flag on their bikes and scooters.

We got the tip of a lot of Mitsubishi Lancers at Dokterstuin. We decided to take a look and in the first place, we could not find them in the front.

So we went around the building and found them hiding behind the complex.
All by all today was a relaxed day and the people showed that they still love this little island we call home.
