First qualifying rounds started in the afternoon during the 2016 Finals Organised by DHRA at the Drachten airstrip.  One of the Highlight during the first qualifying round  for the bike was ‘Jeroen van der Belt’ setting a time of 8.087 sec.

The 3rd day of the NitrOlympX drag races looked promising as the sun was shining early in the morning.  Anita Mäkelä  resulted to be the absolute winner of the NitrOlympX weekend (4rd round of the FIA European drag racing).
