This round we promoted it with the line stating “Rookies Rule”
Guess what…They did rule. Brandon Danny and Danielo put on a great show for the crowd to see.
In the end Brandon was the one taking the big WIN for the 2nd time this season. He is now 2 in a row and on a roll. With this win he now ties Supriano Andrade for 2nd place in the point standings.
The track claimed various victims.
Beau was the first to go with engine issues. Supriano followed also with engine issues.
On that day itself, Danielo, Ali and newcomer Nathaniel all faced mechanical and electronic gremlins.
Curacao International Raceway was biting hard and it showed on the cars.
The worst looking one of all, was when jayson lost his right rear wheel and went airborn for an instance.
He was doing his comeback after months following his crash at the last Real 2 Real event.

All by all the rookies gave their all and put on a great show. The skill level is increasing every time we do an event, and the battle for rookie of the year also continues.
The newcomer in this event for D1Curacao was Nathaniel in his Race spec Chevy Camaro SS.
This black Camaro is LOUD and for someone who never drifted on a big track like CIR, he did very good.
It was a shame seeing him getting electrical issues late in the afternoon that eventually knocked him out of the competition due to those issues.
All by all it was a great event and we cannot wait for the next ones next month.
Next Round…we will see if the rookies still rule.
