Last night the Rondeklip Shootout started with its first event.
The registration went smooth, but the previously tested track had a surprise for everyone.
It resulted at the end that a staging line sensor was being difficult and needed some attention.
After this was fixed the qualifications began. The track was holding nicely as promised by Mr Brandao.
It continued smoothly into the night until Mr Silvanie, who is making his return to drag after a long time
had an engine failure before 1/8 mile and stopped his car just before the finish line.
We must remind the drivers that severe penalties are given to those who do not pull over as soon as possible. This led to an oil down of more than 30 minutes with all the consequences it brings.
After it was cleaned up, the races continued until deep into the night.
All by all, a good first event for the Rondeklip shootout series.
