Friday we returned to the track and noticed that many teams already were done with setting up and were getting the rides ready for practice again.
After some hot laps were done on the track, it was time for the driver signing event. The drivers would come out to the signing table and sign items for the fans that were waiting in line.
The interaction with the drivers is something that the fans love and they in turn show their support for the drivers.

While this was going on, we also managed to walk the pit and see diffrent teams working on their cars or doing final checkup’s. Some teams had to exchange parts / engine components and much more, just to get back to the track.

And also there were those who were just goofing around having a great time.
Due to the Hills, many teams got golfcarts to go up and down the hill. We wish we had one too. Maybe next year…or hitch a ride on one, like this one below.

Last but not least…the demo cars in the pit!!!
We are just going to show you some of the best that we saw while stroling the pits.
This Mazda RX-3 was sitting pretty in the pits, clean as ever and not showing its age at all.
The all new Infinity Q60 with its Twin Turbo 3 liter V6 engine was also on display in the pitt.
And the last one in this story…is most arguably the best one. Ryan Tuerck’s Toyota GT4586, that was and crazy idea that Ryan had, and his sponsors made it happen.
