Palomarga – Oranjestad, ARUBA 4th September 2018: Kicking off One Cool Summer for the Curacao racers, was the unloading of their vehicles.
With the crew of TROP2 and the Arubian customs, one by one the containers were opened. We noticed that the container with the most bikes was the first one!

The drag cars also made it out slowly. Many drivers were not present at the unloading. This was because of flight cancellations at insel air. But at this time, the other drivers helped out and got everybody out of the containers.

Remarkable was the amount and intensity of checks/audits performed by customs compared to previous years. no items could left the location before being crosschecked with delivered paperwork and also narcotic K9 team was present to ensure all items were clean. Of course, nothing was found and few not registered items were handled with citations.

Now we can start prepping everybody for a nice speed filled event with a few issues and great sportmanship as result.
