Road Atlanta, Braselton, GA USA:
After a flight and 10 hour drive up to Atlanta we arrive again at Road Atlanta.
This is the 10th time we are attending an Formula D event, but it is the 9th time we are going as media. Road Atlanta has has become one of our favorite tracks of the Formula D circuit.
After the media meeting, we took a walk down to the pits to see how the teams were preparing for the weekend.

We ran into a few friends, and also said Hi to Kelsey Rowlings.
She explained to us that they still were battling power steering issues but were ready to hit the track.
We continued to walk the pit and see the teams gear up the cars for the event.
Far away we heard a Lambo idling…and we were intrigued to check it out.

Right after them we walked into the guys from MSPEK Performance.
They had the kevlar body kit for their S15 Nissan Silvia.
It is powered by the 2JZ engine. The kit can be bought, but it is upwards 10.000 $ price.
So bring your wallet when you want to buy something from them.

After the walk on the grounds, pro practice took place.

We were reminded instantly about the feeling of burned rubber and racing fuel on a pro level.
This is something you have to see it live for yourself to believe it.
