The burnout speed foundation organized a Car sound competition this past Saturday.
This was the 2nd and main event around the Car Sound competition held in Bonaire.
It was attended by many and there were many cars that came out to see their real power level.

The competition was held by the Burnout Speed Foundation and they had help from some Curacao local people that are well known in the car sound scene on the island. You all know them. Wanel, Ali and Cyvard helped the people out with every other thing and also told us, that they will invest more time and effort into Bonaire’s Car Sound scene in general.

The Burnout speed ladies also were walking around and modeling around the event grounds.
Also in the competition they were the ones to hold the doors open when needed for the car owners.

All in all it was a good event. But there is a lot of room to improve for the cars owners and the organizers also. For a first major event in the sound comp, we must say It went great. You can never please everybody, but at least now the first step is set and done.

Heber Duran came out the overall winner of the event having won in different categories with his Honda Civic. He had the loudest CLEAR SOUNDING sound of all the cars. There was one that had a higher SPL…but only bass does not win the other areas that are not SPL based.
A Shoutout to Stephen Salas and Shahaira Libier, for the great hospitality as usual.
