Drachten 17th June 2016: the 2nd day of the Drachten International was looking promising with again a lot of racers in the staging lane.
Unfortunately it started to rain around 13:00, putting every crew member from DHRA to work to get the track back in racing conditions.
We also spotted MP. Performance’s “Tuner’s Toy” at the track.

One other team we spotted is “Speshi Racing” with their brand new clothing line.
Once the rain stopped and the track was dry, we could enjoy some great passes from “Team Orange Contry”
and also a beautiful start from “Mighty Mike”,
and the Jellow Studebaker from Team “JK-Fahrzeugtechnik”.
We want to congratulate Miss Janita Kempenaar for getting her drag license today and performing some ‘smokey burnouts’.

At the end of the day not all qualifying races were run, but it sure was an interesting day.
