Formula Drift – Round 3 TOP 32
It was HOT…i mean really HOT and HUMID. We coming from an island, can handle the heat but we found the orlando heat to be too much.
The weekend was full of surprises as a couple of the top drivers were taken out early in the competition creating opportunity for many of the drivers to close the gap in the standings.

Mad Mike was one of them. After sticking it to Ken Gushi in his chase run, he de-beaded a tire and could not change it due to the rules set in place. Many others also suffered the same fate with the tire rule.
We saw some great battles, like the one of Vaughn vs Alex. Many still frown upon the outcome of those battles, but it is a judged sport and you cannot please the whole world.
Another great matchup was Forrest Wang against Alec Hohnadel.
These 2 GetNuts Lab drivers really put on a show for the crowd.
Alec aka the bodykit destroyer, managed to tear more parts of his car mid drift.
Buh bye rear fender.
In the end 16 were left and we got so see drifting at its best.
