On the second day of the 30th anniversary of the Nitrolympx event, Benjamin saw more great action.
The races started around 9 AM with the 3rd and 4th qualifying runs. There was some great action all day long. But the TOP FUEL drag cars had really everybody on their feet.

There was also some great PRO MOD action going down all day.

Drag Bikes were also on show. From all out American muscle super twins, to turbo charged top fuel crotch rockets. Check out this beast by RG Engineering
As always, you cannot have DRAG RACING without American Muscle.
They were all “Going Bananas”…if you know what I mean.
The weather was hot and it was not only Benjamin that was suffering from it.
Many racers were hiding out in the shade of umbrellas to prevent it, while waiting for a run.
And keeping yourself hydrated at all times was a must. This weekend was all about going fast and trying to stay cool in the 30 degrees + weather with absolutely no wind.
The races ended around 6:30 PM. There was a small break before the night show began.
It started with a helicopter fly in and stunters doing their thing on their bikes and quads.
During the show, they also ran the TOP FUEL cars. The flame show coming out of those drag cars was just epic!
And then they brought out the JET cars and bikes. FLASHOVER made a huge impact. We have not seen a flame this big in a long time. Check it out below!!!
HELL FIRE JET bike also did not disappoint with its twin exhaust spitting fire!
Nostalgia Drag cars were also run during the night show.
A session of music and flames was a nice part of entertainment.
They even had a fire spitting stunt men.
