Real Street Legal kicks off its first event of the year.
With Team Extreme managing the track, they still allowed the event to continue as last years.
The new setup with both events in one weekend made sure that RSL got a track that still had some traction on it. This of course would mean faster times and happier drivers.
Jenny kicked things off on his Hybrid Busa. We saw a lot of new drivers come out and also new projects that we were informed from last year that were being built specially to run this event.

The scooters also came out in a big way.
During our interview at John Anthony in his Staging Lane program, we opened the door to them and welcomed them to come with both their dragsters and their street legal machines. And they did.
This event was RUN WHAT YOU GOT! The fastest times of the day, would make it into the top 10.
Everyone came prepared, especially the RSL veterans. Here we see Papa Baloche in his Turbo Corvette.

Since last year, we are preparing and evaluating to launch a new category.
Extreme NO Prep.
This category would allow Ronde Klip Shootout certified cars to run in our event.
We are currently limiting the amount of cars, but when they show it is an awesome sight to be seen.
So far the only difference we have seen is that the times will be 0.5 second slower.
Still some manage to run almost the same time that they run on a prepped track.
