NOTES

  • Fredric Aasbo won Round One in a brand new car
  • After losing power steering in his Top 16 battle with Dylan Hughes (USA), Ryan Tuerck still reached the Final but was handicapped against Aasbo
  • Toyotas prepared by Papadakis Racing took first and second places
  • Chris Forsberg (USA) in the NOS Energy Drink Nissan 370Z on Nexen Tires finished fourth but failed to make repairs to compete in the third-place run-off against Odi Bakchis
  • Best rookie performance was by Alec Robbins (USA) in the Fasetto Nissan 350Z who finished in 16th position
  • Taylor Hull (USA) driving the Comp Cams / Achilles Radial / YellowSpeed Racing Cadillac ATS-V was very emotional after achieving his first ever heat win in Top 32, but was eliminated in Top 16
  • 29 drivers competed in FD STL Round One, representing eight different countries and including eight rookies
