22/23th August, Breepark Breda, The Netherlands: A Belgium Car Show, a central location in the Netherlands, with cars from all Neighbor countries, Typical rainy Dutch weather. Of course we are talking about The GR8 Summer Jam International which was hosted at Breepark Breda for the first time!

GR8 Summer Jam International car show is a Tuning/Styling car show and forms part of GR8 Magazine from Belguim. A Well-known name in tuning world. GR8 Magazine is Belgium’s oldest and only ‘printed’ car tuning magazine still standing today. The magazine was established back in 2000, went through a makeover in 2016 and its now becoming a source of information from the Belgian and Dutch Tuning & Styling world. GR8 Summer Jam International is normally hosted in Belgium every year, but due to obvious pandemic reason, they change its location to Breepark Breda and joined forces with 402 Automotive. The normal way of living has changed in 2020 was noticeable on the amount of visitors, as everybody needed to ensure they kept themselves to the 1.5 meter rules set by Dutch government.

Gr8 Magazine selected around 200 cars which were positioned indoors. These were the most rare and most extreme cars. Click on the video below for a small tour around Breepark Exibition Hall.

GR8 Magazine itself was well represented among the cars as they brought their own Lamborghini Huracan PDLP (Prior Design Longitudinale Posteriore). What’s so special about this one? Well it has a forty thousand euro paint job! Say what? Yes, This ‘Pior Design’ Wide body kit Huracan is covered in 23kt gold leaf. It took over three months and six hundred man hours to finish the car.

Another Eye cather was this beautifull black BMW M6, equipped with Bang & Olufsen multimedia system, acoustically isolated and is considered one of the loudest cars in The Netherlands! Ofcourse its the M6 from Dryzane! Innovator and specialist in manufacturing exclusive bespoke vehicles.

When you have the best of best in one location, you can’t let it go without a best of shine contest. At the ‘Breepark’s Central plaza’ several cars competed for the title of best of best. With mc Gert-Jan Hannipman giving all participants a few moments to give the audience a little car background and modifications done. One of the Best of Shine winner is Anne Bastiaansen and freshly painted 1987 Opel Kadett.

How loud is your car? that’s the motto of rev battles. where competitors leave the audience deaf, but screaming for more. Several competitors lined up and give the public everything they got.
Chery on the cake for sure where the team from ‘Passion without Limits’ which provided a Supercar experience for visitors. for a small fee (depending on your wallet size) you could be passenger in a Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 458 Italia, Audi R8, Mclaren Novitec 720s or Maserati GT for 30 minutes. for the ones with a little bigger wallet, you could have also be behind the wheel of one of these supercars on the open roads. only conditions was that a PWL driver will go with you.

GR8 Summer Jam International was for sure a great success. A car show which gave the audience the best of best from The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. the great question is now, will this be the new location for Gr8 summer jam or will we have a Belgium and a Dutch edition of this great car show. well only time will tell. up next, AMERICAN SUNDAY ! at Zandvoort Circuit The Netherlands.
